The procedure of pad printing involves heat transfer of an image on a medium/substrate using a silicon pad. Working Fix the plate in the machine at the center of the moving system. Fix and align the position of the silicon pad to pick out the desired matter/logo for printing. Pour the ink into the cup and make sure to cover the cup diameter of the plate. Run the machine to check for any leakage of the ink from the cup. Run the machine on manual mode to check if the silicon pad is picking up the impression as needed.
